Challenge:
In a Digital Content Strategy course, my team was tasked with conducting a comprehensive content assessment for Client X’s Help Center. The project required analyzing the existing content to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement, ultimately delivering actionable insights to enhance the Help Center’s usability.

Solution:
Our team systematically evaluated the Help Center’s content, creating a detailed inventory and assessment. We documented key findings, including areas for improvement and strengths, in an Excel spreadsheet and synthesized the data into a written report. The report provided clear recommendations to improve content organization, accessibility, and user experience.

Outcome:
Our content assessment report received the highest ranking in the class, demonstrating a strong understanding of content strategy and technical communication principles. The deliverables provided Client X with actionable strategies to optimize their Help Center content, improving value for their users.
